Newton Resources to raise up to $700 mln in HK IPO - term sheet (Reuters)

HONG KONG, May 31 (Reuters) - Newton Resources, controlled by New World
Development Co Ltd , plans to raise up to $700 mln in an initial public
offering in Hong Kong to fund mining expansion, according to a term sheet of
the IPO seen by Reuters on Tuesday.
