Mexican Drug Lord To Go On Trial In San Diego (NPR)

The former leader of one of Mexico's most feared drug cartels appears in
federal court in San Diego Monday morning. In a surprise move, Mexico
extradited him to the U.S. earlier this month after years of legal wrangling.
