DEALTALK-Where HomeStreet leads, other small banks may follow (Reuters)

BANGALORE, May 18 (Reuters) - HomeStreet Inc, one of the largest private U.S.
banks, is looking to sell part of itself to the public in a move that could
blaze a trail for other small, cash-strapped private banks seeking to boost
their capital and pay back Treasury bailouts.
