Terrorism Case Exposes Gaps In Refugee Screening (NPR)

Two Iraqi men accused of trying to send missiles to al-Qaida came to the U.S.
as part of a program to resettle thousands of refugees. When one of those men
applied to the program, Homeland Security officials didn't know the military
had lifted his fingerprints from a bomb designed to hurt U.S. troops in Iraq.
